Barrel-aged barleywine-imperial stout blend, 11.5% abv 65 IBU
Our Anniversary barleywine brewed in 2023 and boiled for 5 hours then aged for two years in maple bourbon barrels. After two years of aging it was blended with an imperial stout and conditioned on vanilla beans.

Oud bruin-style dark sour, 8.5% abv 25 IBU
A blended dark sour made from a strong dark stock ale and a single Malbec barrel-aged dark sour aged with Frontenac grape pomace from Javens Family Vineyard & Winery. An oud bruin is a Belgian style that is balanced in maltiness and tartness, with layers of complexity from blending.

Hazy pale ale, 5.5% abv 35 IBU
One of our original beers and a beer we love to keep bringing back! A taproom favorite that features a unique combination of base malts, pillowy wheat and aromatic malt giving it an orange hue to complement the citrusy orange notes from the yeast and hops used to brew it.

• Malt: Rahr Two Row and North Star Pilsner, Rahr Dextrin malt, Rahr White Wheat malt, Simpsons Aromatic malt, unmalted wheat
• Hops: Amarillo, MI Bergamot, Civil Sass MN Cascade

Polish-style pilsner, 5.5% abv 35 IBU
This 5.5% abv unfiltered Polish-style pilsner is brewed with the Polish hop variety Marynka alongside Rahr Malting Co. North Star pilsner malt, a bit of wheat malt and a touch of melanoiden malt. A refreshing summer pilsner cold fermented with a classic Czech yeast strain and cold conditioned for over a month. Served in a traditional glass Polish-made mug from our Czech-made side pull faucet.

Lemon meringue pie-inspired sour ale, 6% abv 5 IBU
Brewed with real lemon puree, lemon zest, Madagascar vanilla and it also contains lactose for some sweetness and body, this is a refreshing treat for hot summer days!
