    Fruited Sour Beer
    ABV: 6%

Don’t expect the usual juicy watermelon notes; this sour beer is brimming with earthy, somewhat fruity complex funk. This is the second in our series of mixed culture sour beers using locally grown fruit or produce. This beer is bottle conditioned so it can be cellared but we suggest drinking it sooner than later (it is a 25.4 fl oz bottle).
